Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we do

  • Use clear headings and a logical page structure.
  • Describe images with text alternatives.
  • Choose text and background colors with strong contrast.
  • Make links, menus and forms usable with a keyboard.
  • Design pages to work on phones, tablets and computers, and when text is enlarged.

Known limitations

Some documents, such as scanned letters, and some content from other services, such as social media, may not be fully accessible. If you need any information from this website in a different format, we are happy to provide it.
